We've had this complaint for months; never really sure if the client (customer) with the virtual host really knew his stuff and now we've duplicated it. Went to a friends house this evening - poor guy uses AOL. Used its gateway to the Web and went to our mail server. Using port 8383. I used my user name and password. It came back without even an invalid error (like bad password) simply would not let me in so I know this is an AOL problem. Just kept repeating the Welcome screen. What causes this? Thanks.
