[IMail Forum] Web messg. modifications of html for COMPOSE MESSAGE screen

Can the html for the COMPOSE message screen be reconfigured to the extent that buttons 
are relocated, without effecting the operation of the screen ?  We want to move the 
compose screen buttons around to a HOTMAIL type interface.
