I'm only posting this because it pertains to the questions of the asp
scripting and shopping carts.
We're getting ready to make a shopping cart system available that is all ASP
code and will include the source code with it so the end user can make any
changes needed and learn about asp scripting. I've found it easier to learn
by looking at working examples. It's aimed at those that aren't doing a real
high volume, say less than a couple orders a minute. It uses an Access
database and a dns-less connection.
We're not sure on the price, say $50 to $75 with source. If you want to take
a look and try it, it is at http://www.zaks.com/howto. Keep in mind it's in
it's final stages of testing. We've got a discussion group (bbs) that's
running in a test site now, but that's a week away.
