[IMail Forum] Can't log into web messaging

Two users from the same location have been accessing their web mess. e-mail accounts 
without any problems.  A few days ago they reported that they were unable to get past 
the login screen.  The program does not accept their username & password .  I can 
enter from my location without problem.  Both users are using AOL to connect and 
Netscape browser.

Any suggestions regarging this ?
