Cannot hurt to re-install your current Service Pack, either. Should be SP4 or
5.

Titusz,

Have you modified the pages? Your situation is different than most. Usually a
restart of the service is enough to get things going. Try the above and if you
can view the W2xxxx.log file, you can see what that user was doing just before
the crash. It might point you to the page that needs attention.
