Grant & Dusty,
    Both right.  Found out another 'chief' had created a user without
telling me, and I (duh me) forgot about creating the 'alias' domain.com  We
had machine.domain.com, but omitted the alias.  Simple mistake, and it's
taken 3 days of pulling hair out....oh well, they say 'bald is in'.....
