IMail - Web Messaging Attachments and various Browsers

Question/Problem:
1. I have a new version of Netscape Browser. I cannot send attachments and I do not
see the Browse button at the bottom of the Message building page. Why and how can I
fix this?
2. How do I turn off this feature if I do not want to offer it (too many incompatible
browsers in my user base)?
Answer/Solution:
1. IMail uses a file browser.cap (in the \imail directory) to determine which browsers
can/will support the attachment capabilities. NOTE: IE 3.02 must be upgraded to
support attachments and Netscape before V4.x does not support attachments.
To get Netscape 4.5 to send attachments via web messaging add this line to your
browser.cap file (in the \imail directory).
Mozilla/4.5=ATTACH_SPT
You now need to manually add a value to the registry. Run regedit. Go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Ipswitch/IMail/Web/Browsers
Add a DWORD value named Mozilla/4.5 Set its value to: 1
Now stop and Start Web Messaging service in the Web Messaging Manager.
I got that form the knowledge base.

Netscape 4.61 to use attachments via the web??
