I have successfully done this with ASP and a frame based web mail system.
It's not all that hard to grab what domain is requested and show banners
based upon that.

can't find anything.
Question 2: Any way for end-user to view full mail headers through web
messaging. Can't find that either. Can be important for spam tracking, etc.
