But I tried it yet and it does not work. I tried it with full control for
evrybody in the shared mapped network drive and it does not work too...

Although I have not tested this theory, I would venture to say
that in order for the service to use the mapped drive you
would have to set the service to log on as a user that has
permissions to that shared drive.
If the mapped drive was now the G: drive and NT User
"joebob" has full permissions to the share which G represents,
then go in to Control Panel/Services, click on the Imail Service
and specify that they logon as jobob.
Make sure 'joebob' has suffucient NT rights elsewhere also.
