I like the users.lst way. It keeps things local and you don't have to use
3rd party apps to mail. If you build a list, turn off subscribing and reply
ability, then use the list owner account to mail to the list. -
Now, building your list to include everyone: I use MSAccess, of all things,
to build my users.lst. Whether the Imail user database is a .mdb or a SQL
7.0, you can use access and ODBC to query all domain users, add the
"@network.com" to the end of the user name and export to a ASCII text file
called users.lst. Set it up right and you can rebuild your list with one
mouse click.
