This would also be fairly simple to do in Perl. I have already written a script that,
much like Scott's ActiveX control, allows users to create their own mail accounts.
Only difference is that I'm using an Oracle8 DB to store user accounts, and I have
some custom code in there to allow users to select the domain name for their account
from a picklist of domains we own. The picklist is dynamically built based on
permissions the user has elsewhere in the database.
If you're willing to work with Perl and willing to wade through some of my custom
stuff, I'd be willing to share.
