The accept.txt file is not used if you have Relay Mail for Addresses. It
only applies to Relay for Local Users Only or Relay for Local Hosts
Only.
Make sure you list the IP addresses (and subnets) you want to replay
mail for if you use Relay Mail for Addresses. (Stop and restart SMTP
after a change.)
