You can change the TopDirectory at Control Panel | IMail Server | Global
| Virtual Hosts Admin | Virtual Hosts Configuration | TopDirectory

Be sure to stop and restart the SMTP service after the change. You can
move the users for that domain from imail\users to
imail\your_TopDirectory\users
