[IMail Forum] web messaging login errors

I installed the imail product, initiated an external database, I can create users using the administrator and verify that all of the information shows up in the tables that are automatically created for each domain, I am using virtual domains also. When I tried to login using the web messaging system I get  Login Failed Please re-enter your userid and password or contact the system administrator. I have tried various users and tried [EMAIL PROTECTED] etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The web messaging aspect of imail is why we want to use this product.   thanks in advance   Sam
