Can 5.07+'s web messaging:

... be modified so that the file input field and the attachments select box 
are, rather than being side-by-side, either over-and-under or maybe even 
separated into 2 controls to give us some formatting flexibility?

the side-by-side format makes it impossible to fit into a 620-pixel table 
width with a menu in the left column.
