Incorporating your documentation would be fairly simple Bill  ;-)

Any other suggestions for this DLL are ALWAYS welcome....I'll also have a section up on the web site for it for Bug Reports and Idea Submissions in case anyone in interested.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Imail Instructions for your users

Hello everyone,

Sorry about the post but, I have received a few requests for these files so I am making them public for anyone that wants them.

They are instructions to send to your users on how to use the web interface in Imail. They are based on them having the ability to change the user info and password and work with both 4.x and 5.x. They are very loosely worded and hopefully easy to understand. By sending these out we cut our email calls by 45% - 50%

We used to use them in a batch file but they can be changed for almost anything else. There are 2 of them, one in MS Word and another in rich text. Both are identical.

I hope you find them useful...Maybe we can get Scott to incorporate them into his admin program...

   Bill
