Hmmm... I'm not sure of myself now... I would try to create a new table (by
specifying an unnamed table) and it just would not seem to create. Then I
would do it with a access97 mdb and it would work. There are a few hokey
things about imail and externals that could have been confusing me (like
specifying a table and it not sticking unless you had selected the external
radio button, then pressed apply, then configure... :P

That and the fact that that I was trying to figure out how to get it to work
in an existing table (with duplicate field names) didn't help either. I've
just been using access 97 but will try again later..
