[IMail Forum] off topic NT question

This is way off topic but there are so many experienced individuals 
here I thought I'd ask.

I have a dos app that runs in the background on a NT4.0 WS.  Since 
it is minimized the application "sits" on the task/menu bar.  I'd 
prefer to have it show as an icon next to the clock in the lower R-
hand corner of the screen.  Does anyone know how (or if) this can 
be accomplished?
