Go to http://www.samspade.org and grab you a copy
of SamSpade. Makes task like this really easy. Here is
what a dig of that domain shows. As you can see the MX record
is pointing to mail.cybercon.com which is 216.15.129.48.
Now you are saying that when it does connect and work it
connects to reds.cybercon.com which is also 216.15.129.48
spurs.cybercom.com is actually 216.15.129.2
In short it sounds like you need to reload or restart your
DNS. You may be getting a bad cache file.
