The cgi is built in to Imail so the templates will not work without
Imail.  The cgi can not be monkeyed with by the average monkey.
No offense to any monkeys on the list.

This is probably a stupid question but I will ask anyway.  I have been
looking at the Web HTML templates.  Almost all of the .html templates have a
form action pointing to .cgi file.  The templates don't work because the
.cgi files are not on my machine anywhere.

The cgi application, the only one, is the Imail web messaging application, running as an NT servcie, listening on the port you specify, that reads the domain\web .html files and the Imail data to create Web pages.
