Along this line I'd like to know a little bit what others think about IMAP vs. POP with IMAIL. We will be using another high performance web interface that likes IMAP better. I saw some notes previously regarding IMAIL getting a little weird with HighVolume IMAP traffic... could someone comment on this again please? Also just curious here... the IMAIL web interface opens a separate process for each user right? -----Original Message----- From: Bill James [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Thursday, September 16, 1999 3:32 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] Just how robust is this thing? You will be pleased, The place I used to work for had it on 2000 domains (1 Imail server) and also 10,000 dialup users (1 Imail server) were using another server Average logon for the dialup was 1000-2000 logged in per minute doing internet stuff. We had about 3-5 calls per day on email, mainly hung messages. Up to that point we were using a unix based email server with crashs everyday.
