I can not send to an external address using
smtp

all email within my server is fine it just happens
to any external email address


what does this error mean?

the message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server.
Server Response: '550 not local host bellsouth.net,
not a gateway'. (Account anything.com, smtp server mail.anything.com', error
number 0x800ccc79
