Hello, Recently, my Imail server 5.06 often lost connection with external SQL 6.5 database on a seperate machine. Once the connection is lost, users will not be able to access their account neither from POP or webmail, until I go to Control Panel > Services > (Imail Web Service, Imail SMTP Service, Imail POP Service) and re-enter the Logon As ID and Password again (since my SQL server machine is seperate from the Imail machine, I'll have to specify the ID and password to access the SQL database) and re-start the service.
