Gary,

The form at our site sends email as if it were from the user, so it
does add and remove user entries form both files. If users.txt does
not contain the users '<email address> user_name' (no''), then they
cannot be removed by email.

There have been some changes to the List Server, but I'm not exactly
sure what form the user.txt must be in now. I think the requirement
for <> has been removed. There is no absolute need to have
'user_name' in the file.
