I generally use the KB as my first option in most cases anyway.
And I do think that some of the solutions presented on the list
do fit well into the KB. I have noticed some of the lain-brain
solutions I have dreamed up actually show up in the KB.
I also find a lot of useful information on the Utilities section.
Between these two sections I feel like a lot more people would
benefit since not all Imail users are subscribed to the list.
Don't get me wrong though. I think it is great that more people
are putting forth some effort to help other admins out with their
offerings. Most people would just grab what information they
could then run with it. However we have some pretty good folks
on the list that stick around and help others by sharing the
knowledge they have picked up. I know I learn something new
almost daily through this list. And occasionally I sputter something
out that may helps someone too.
