I recall that the old versions of Snapback required an exact drive match but
the newest versions that we've been using will restore to the same or larger
size disk.  It is also not media dependent.  (ie --  restore scsi to
ide,etc..)  BUT getting NT to boot with different disk drivers is a
nightmare.   That's why we always use the same scsi controllers (adaptec
2940u2w) and hard disk drives (ibm ultrastar 9gb lvd) in all of our
server --  AND have a few spares floating around.
