Thank you Dusty and Daniel. We got the problem resolved, somehow Outlook
inserted the single quote into several of the users contact records. Still
not sure how that happened (suspect user error of some sort). Can't believe
I didn't see the problem but all the log sections I was looking at where
bounces and the addresses were framed as <' '>. Didn't occur to me that the
' shouldn't have been there.
