No, it doesn't but this product www.kbmail.com does. 

But its POP3 "fetcher", a java thingy, doesn't know how to write to imail's mailboxes.

Does IMail have "Get External Mail" feature like the
one in Yahoo? (this feature capable to get mail from
other POP3 server..download it to IMail).

So far I haven't seen any explanation on it in the
documentation.
