All,

Well, I do think we need to agree on a process to make this happen. It has to
be easy for you to do and easy for use to get into the KB. I've not had a
chance to do more than mention it in our weekly meeting (just got out of!). It
was accepted as a possible way to add items to the KB. I don't know about mods
to the support web pages, have not discussed with web people, nor know how
'responsive' they can be. KB stuff can often be made available within 24-48
hours.

I see these items put into the KB with links to files for downloading. This
way, questions can be answered in the KB artricle and the links will allow
people to get needed files.

I also hope that thes items can be submitted as a complete KB atricle, in a
Q/A format and an attached file fo r the link. That will mean they can be
forwarded to the KB submission location and little work will be required on
this end (make it faster to get into KB).

I'll see what I can do with what has already appeared on the List, but I still
have my regular work to do, too. So no promise about when they will
appear.
