Does the mail to the user bounce? Do you see anything in the
logs showing a connection attempt to send the mail?
According to your DNS records the MX record for satachi.co.uk
points to mail.satachi.co.uk. Which if I am understanding right, you
are setting up a virtual domain named mail.satachi.co.uk.
But you main host is named satachi.uk.com. Is there anything in
the alias field for satachi.uk.com?
Sort of unusal to point your main host MX records to a virtual host
name.
