Ivan,
One Netscape user told me that he found it faster loading if
he disabled the Smart Browsing feature in Netscape.  Under
Edit, Preferences, Smart Browsing uncheck 'Enable What's
Related'.  Not sure how this feature works but it apparently
does some sort of checking against each page to see if it
can find a similar topic.

This is not fact, just what I have been told works.
