You can put two mail servers on the same machine as long as they run on
different ports, but all programs look [by default] on port 25-SMTP 110-POP
143-IMAP. If your second server is on non-standard ports nobody will know
it is there unless you tell them all to do lots of non-fun stuff in thier
client settings. But, it can be done.
