That is a tough one Jonathan. I know of one company that
does do this. They are actually using two MTA's. The
sending and receiving MTA has more or less a SPAM
trap that they use to review all messages. The filters are
set that anything that comes in with a TO address that contains
a @ goes to SPAM. They review it and pass it on as needed.
I could think of ways this could be done with one mail server
but it would require a different way of handling mail in the spool.
Like you said, it would take two spools.
