No, you don't really want nobody pointing to an administrator, they've got
enough messages to wade through with this list alone! ;-)
We just have a "postmaster" alias set up to point to me and my boss (as
backup). Works like a charm, and it's so obvious, it's easy to overlook...

This will only reroute incoming mail that's destined for a non-existant
user, it won't catch any outbound or server-generated mail.
