Well... here is my crack at the simplified utility....
All I had to do was modify the page itself, and I just left the imailsrv.pl
alone. It works as it should. Since I left the perl file as it is, the only
implication, is the page generated after the subscription....

Normally with the 3 lists, it would generate a page like this....

List_1
Success!

List_2
Success!

List_3
Success!

Now with the one list, it generates like this...

List_1
Success!

Success!

Success!

It does that, because the page now only has 1 list on it.

I don't know enough about perl to get in there and accomplish it... I tried,
and all I did was get errors. Maybe some other perl master may want to do a
version of the imailsrv.pl . If someone does do this, I suggest that they do
a version for 1 and 2 lists. I'm sure that someone who actually knew what
they were doing would probably be able to whip this up in no time.

If the person did both versions, then an illiterate perl wanna-be like
myself could use it.

Template at the bottom.... I just whipped it up in FP, cause by time I
finnished pretending I knew how perl worked... well patience was at an end.
It will need some cosmetic work....

Hope this helps someone.
