[IMail Forum] Web Messaging non-English

I'm trying to translate the web interface to German.
A quite difficult task.
There are parts of the involved cgi-scripts that are constructed from
'iwebmsg.exe'.
Am I expected to edit the executable to get a fully German version of the
web interface?
