look into some of the COM objects available to do such a thing.
I use Jmail (www.dimac.net ... FREE!) and ASPQmail (www.serverobjects.com .. NOT FREE)
If you hit www.geocel.com and look for devmailer they have some scripts
(both perl and asp) that use their devmailer. These scripts are based
off of the common form to mail programs we've all used for years in UNIX.
Grab one of those and port it to your choice. I have them now for
aspmail I believe and I think one or two for jmail. It's a super simple
conversion. Geocel has done all the hardwork.
