[IMail Forum] Including another file in an IMAIL template

Is there an IMAIL. tag which would provide the ability to #include another html "pagelet" into a template. We would like to have a consistent menu bar on every page but would prefer not having to copy the html into each of the 88 html templates. By having a single include file a simple change to the include file is automatically included in all the templates... Thanks
