Jeffrey, try this.
Set the Imail services in Control Panel to Manual Start.
Reboot the computer. After the computer has rebooted
then restart the services. See if it works.
Not suggesting this as a solution, just to see if there is some
sort of problem with the SQL not getting initialized before the
services start.
I have a batch file that can be set to start the Imail services
of your choice when it is run. Would make it easier and faster
to start them without having to go through Control Panel.
