Dusty,
Are there any major issues with the upgrade from 5.01 to 5.07 ? IOW why would it not
be an option ?
TIA
Steve

>I would seriously consider upgrading to 5.07. There are a lot
of problems that seemed to have been worked out since 5.01
with web messaging. You will need to install 5.04 first then
5.07.
However if this is not an option for you, here are a couple of
things you could try.
Look in Imonitor and see if you have this set to auto-restart
the Web Service. If so, disable the auto-restart.
If this does not help, try re-installing the service.
>From the command prompt:
net stop iwebmsg
cd\imail
iwebmsg -remove
iwebmsg -install
net start iwebmsg
Check your paging file set up and make sure you have plenty.
>From what I have seen I would recommend a minimum of three
times your actual physical memory. (This can span logival drives).
You probably did not need to reboot. Just re-starting the services
might have been all that was required. Grab a batch file that will
restart your Imail services from this site:

Maybe one of these suggestions will help.
