Do you show anything in the logs for attempted sends to these
addresses? Can you establish a telnet session on port 25 to any
of the servers from the mail server?
Just gaining Internet access may not mean anything. You need
to verify that you are able to resolve the correct DNS entries
for the domains you are sending to.
Maybe you could give us a little more background info on your
server configuration.
