When you create a virtual domain, assign it a top directory.
Example: \Imail\domaina
Now put a folder called 'web' under that directory.  \Imail\domaina\web
Put their customized file there.
If they are a virtual with no IP they will still use the main Imail login
page. If they are a virtual with IP they will use the login.html in their
\web folder.

What are the steps to setting up a virtual so they can customize there web interface, I know there is a directory in the root with the web files...do I just need to move that into there directory and it will read it locally??
