The way the KB article is worded and the way it apparently
works does not make a lot of sense.  Unless I am missing something.

It says:
%s = include "subject" of infobot file (first line)

So this means it uses the first line of the .inf file if I am understanding
this right.  Now why would one want to include the first line that is
already there?

If I missed the point please slap me.
