Can't help if we can't see a typical section of your logs at a point where Imail is trying/failing to send mail.
Where is the DNS that your Imail/NT is using for domain lookups??

We have installed I-mail on an NT 4.0 Server with IIS 4.0 Option Pack 5 last week. From the beginning on it was impossible to send mails. Receiving mails does work. We have neither found any help in the Ipswitch knowledge base nor could anyone help us - and we already asked some people who have worked with I-mail for some time.
