I have one a customer that does this. They upload their
newsletter to a secure FTP site. I use a batch file to copy
it over to a working folder. Then call imail1.exe to send the
message to the list.

Example:
imail1 -u "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" -t "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" -s "[:junk:]
News" -f news.txt

(May wrap)
-u = list owner address
-t = list name address
-s = subject Note: The list is password protected so we specify
the password in the subject.
-f = filename containing contents of newsletter
