I'm
looking for a script that let people sign up in IPSwitch Email Server as
people do in Hotmail...

You can force Imail to send mail to a broken
DNS by
putting that entry in the
hosts file in \System32\Drivers\Etc
Shoddy way to gave to do this but having a broken DNS
is
pretty bad too.

My DNS, BIND 8.1.2 in Paris, finds it
just fine:
QUESTIONS: tampoprint.com,
type = MX, class = IN ANSWERS:
->
tampoprint.com preference
= 10, mail exchanger =
199.227.17.90 ttl
= 3600(1 hour)
The mail exchanger is listed as an ip
address, whereas the MX usually points to a
hostname.

===========
I have a user trying to send an
e-mail message to a domain (tampoprint.com) but my system cannot find
it (i.e. nslookup tampoprint.com) fails. But every other domain I try
works fine and I can find tampoprint.com from other ISPs. What could be
wrong?
In the meantime, I am trying to find the
IP address of their mail server so they can send their messages
directly without the name lookup. How can I find
that?
