Hi Len,
Here is how I do it:

1. Of coarse, back up the IMail registry through the User Manager before you
make any changes.

2. Run regedit - Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -- SOFTWARE -- Ipswitch --
IMail -- Domains.

3. Export Registry File on the domain name key and the matching IP Address
Key.

4. Copy the entire Top Directory for that domain to the new server in the
matching directory order on the new server (This is assuming that the
directory structures are the some on both machines).

5. On the new server, restore the two registry keys for that domain under
the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -- SOFTWARE -- Ipswitch -- IMail -- Domains key.

That should do it. You may need to stop and start the SMTP service to set
the changes. I say all of this assuming two things.
-- That the two machines' directory structure are set up the same. If not,
you may have to go into the IMail Administrator afterwards to set the Top
Directory in Host Configuration.
-- That you are moving the IP Address with the mail domain to the other
server.

If that's not the case, reply and we'll take it from there. Hope that helps.
whew...
There is also a knowledge base article on this that is somewhat helpful but
not exactly what you are trying to do.
