I also moved from SLMail a few months ago. I don't miss it
either. It worked most of the time, but I sure wasn't satisfied with tech
support. I had a prob with it shooting up to 100% CPU utilization and was having
to re-boot once a day.... yuck.
Anyway, I took a little different route. I exported my SLMail
users, brought them into Access and made an ODBC database wiith them. I'm VERY
satisfied with the way IMail handles them.
I left the old SLMail up for a few weeks and let folks
get all their old mail using another mail server address (PO.domain.com vs
mail.domain.com). That way I didn't have to move any mailboxes. We still use
SLMail for some internal stuff just because we have it.
