I moved our IMail operation to a new server
yesterday (COMPAQ Proliant 3000, dual PII 333
384 mb, 3 X 9.1 GB Hot Pluggable SCSI ).
I also upgraded to IMail v5.07 .
While the process took a long time due to the
number of domains we are serving, the directions
I picked-up here via the mailing list and in the
Knowledge Base made the change pretty much painless.
Now, if I can remember how to get the web messaging
opening screen to display the virtual host name
(mail.domain-name.com) instead of the server name
everything will be just fine. Off to check the
Knowledge Base....
