What is the exact format of the user.lst and user.txt file?  It is not
documented anywhere.  Also, in the documentation for the SMTP port and
Processes in the registry is WRONG.  It says tto make it a String Value but
it is actually a DWORD Value you set as a decimal.  The Processor section
doesn't even specify the type of value, but that is also a DWORD you set a
decimal value in.
